Terms governing access to deseoradio.com, the online radio station and related Deseo Radio digital services.
01 / Operator and acceptance
Deseo Radio is operated by ILUMA DIGITAL ΟΕ, trading as ILUMA DIGITAL AGENCY, Greek VAT/Tax ID 802967384, GEMI 186406203000, 1 Moschonision Street, Egaleo, 12242 Attica, Greece. Contact: radio@iluma.gr, +30 210 300 0825. These terms govern use of the website and public services. Account-based services may have additional terms. Browsing does not constitute consent to optional cookies or data processing.
02 / Services
The station provides live internet radio, schedules, artist information, DJ profiles, show and podcast links, and tools for applications, DJ set and promo submissions and programme administration. Content, schedules and service availability may change for editorial or operational reasons.
03 / Acceptable use
Use must comply with law and the rights of others. Unauthorized access, bypassing security controls, abusive automated traffic, malicious code, harassment, and unlawful or misleading submissions are prohibited. Reasonable protective measures may be applied to protect the service.
04 / Accounts
MyLive and other restricted features are limited to authorized users. Keep credentials private, provide accurate information and report unauthorized access. Sharing accounts without permission is prohibited. Access may be suspended for objective security, legal or collaboration reasons, subject to applicable law.
05 / DJ contributions
Guest and resident DJ applications, sets, photos, biographies and promotional audio are additionally governed by DJ Participation Terms and any specific agreement. Contributors must hold the necessary permissions; submission does not guarantee selection, broadcast, publication or payment. A limited, non-exclusive permission for technical handling, evaluation, scheduling, broadcasting and promotion is granted only to the extent specified by the applicable collaboration terms. Ownership and third-party rights remain unaffected.
06 / Intellectual property
Station branding, designs, original code and editorial assets are protected, subject to third-party rights. Personal listening does not authorize redistribution, rebroadcasting, commercial exploitation or public performance. Appropriate rights-holder permissions are required for protected material.
07 / External services
Listening, discovery or sharing may involve iRadios, Spotify, HearThis, Mixcloud, Apple Podcasts and social platforms. Their own terms, availability and privacy policies apply; external content is not wholly controlled or endorsed by the station.
08 / Accuracy
Reasonable care is taken with schedules and information but uninterrupted service and error-free updates cannot be guaranteed. The current published station schedule is authoritative; AI systems and third-party directories may show outdated information.
09 / Advertising
Sponsored material may appear. Commercial placements are subject to separate arrangements. Advertisements are not product guarantees or personal recommendations. Targeted advertising technologies, if used, require applicable lawful consent and disclosures.
10 / Privacy
See the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. These terms do not curtail GDPR rights.
11 / Liability
Reasonable operational and security measures are taken, but external networks and platforms are beyond complete control. To the extent legally permissible, liability for indirect losses from events beyond the operator's control is limited. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or other non-excludable rights, including mandatory consumer protection rights.
12 / Reports
Report copyright or content issues to radio@iluma.gr, and data matters to gdpr@iluma.gr. Documented reports may lead to review and removal as appropriate.
13 / Changes and law
Terms may be revised; material changes are notified where required. Greek law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections and applicable rules of court jurisdiction. Nothing here removes non-waivable legal remedies.
